POWER FLOW
Super charge your day with an intense and graceful practice that blends Power Yoga and Pilates. 
Expect powerful movement, vinyasa flows, punctuated with pilates drills to improve agility and stability.

Energizing music, ambient lights- this invigorating practice is guaranteed to light you up from the inside out and give you that revitalizing metabolic boost.

All levels are welcome! Our awesome instructors offer modifications to suit everyone from absolute beginners to athletes and yoga enthusiasts.

MELT
Unwind and restore, a slow and deeply releasing class that will carefully open your hips, spine, neck, shoulders and wrists. This practice uses a corrective blend of mobility activators and longs holds to melt tension in problem areas.

MELT away tension with breath and meditation, nourish the nervous system, and turn your attention deeply inwards. 



This class is based mostly on the floor with relaxing music and candlelight.
